Strong, Confident & Thriving: Celebrating Women’s Health This March

Writer: Christine SeabyChristine Seaby

March is here, and with it comes International Women’s Day—a time to celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere! At Boxing 4 Health, we’re all about empowering women to prioritize their health, build strength, and feel their absolute best.

Women’s Health: Front & Centre

This past year, women’s health has finally started getting the attention it deserves—and about time! One of the biggest conversations has been around hormone therapy, which can be beneficial for women of all ages, even into their 80s. Whether it’s about energy levels, bone density, mood, or overall well-being, hormones play a massive role in how we feel. If you haven’t explored this topic yet, now is the perfect time to start asking questions and learning more.

Why Lifting Heavier is a Game-Changer

Let’s talk strength—and no, we’re not talking about endless cardio! More women are discovering the benefits of lifting heavier weights, and we’re here for it.

💪 Boosts metabolism & burns more calories 💪 Improves bone density & reduces the risk of osteoporosis 💪 Increases confidence & independence in daily life 💪 Enhances mood & mental health

If you’ve been sticking to lighter weights, it might be time to level up! Not sure how to do it safely? That’s what we’re here for! Consider booking a personal training session, or at the very least, chat with one of our trainers about how to start lifting heavier but safely. You’ll be amazed at what your body is capable of!

Hit the Gym, Then Hit the Spa!

I believe in balance, and after crushing a workout, why not treat yourself? You deserve it. A spa day, a long bath, or even a quiet coffee break can be just as important as showing up at the gym. Taking care of yourself means recognizing when to push hard and when to relax—and this month, let’s do both!

This March, I challenge you to put yourself first and Im going to join you. Let's get stronger, lift heavier, ask questions about your health, and make time for YOU. Because when women take care of themselves, amazing things happen.

Let’s celebrate International Women’s Day by stepping into our power—inside and outside the gym. 💪✨

See you at Boxing 4 Health—let’s get stronger together!

With love &good health,

Christine
